This is a 4K video. Click on the square in the lower right of the media window to view it full size. If your video doesn’t run smoothly, this is an indication that your video card driver isn’t up to date. Video drivers can be easily updated by downloading the card manufacture’s latest driver and clicking on the .exe file.
